What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan or move to Free. Your listings stay live either way — if you have more than Free allows, the extras become read-only and you choose which to keep.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every invoice has a reference; quote it on the transfer and your plan updates once our team matches the payment, usually the same working day.
Does promotion guarantee leads?
No. Promotion buys a labelled, visible slot. Leads depend on your listing, price and response time — and we show you all three.
What if a payment fails?
Your listings stay live during a grace period while you sort it out. We never switch your inventory off on day one.
