Most property portals are full of homes that sold months ago and brokers who never reply. Manzil is built the other way round: brokers confirm availability every 14 days, reply times are measured rather than promised, and every badge is a check we actually did.

What our badges mean
A badge only appears when the check behind it is complete. Hover or tap any badge on the site to see this wording.
Phone verified
The broker completed a one-time code on this number.
Identity verified
Government ID reviewed and matched to the account name. Expires after 24 months.
Licensed broker
Licence number supplied and checked against the provincial or state regulator, and displayed on the profile.
Ownership document reviewed
A title or authority-to-sell document was submitted and reviewed by our staff. This is not a legal verification of title.
Freshness
Listings not confirmed for 14 days lose ranking; after 30 they need reconfirming.
Labelled promotion
Paid slots are fixed, labelled and must still pass a quality bar. Organic order is never sold.
Local rules
Currency, units and legally required details come from each market’s rules.
Privacy
Your phone number is shared only with brokers and providers you contact. Marketing consent is separate from enquiries and recorded per purpose. You can request deletion of your data from Account settings; we complete it within 30 days.

Listings are published by brokers and owners, who are responsible for their accuracy. Area price statistics are estimates from asking prices on Manzil and are not valuations. Full terms are available on request.
